
⏰ As the clocks go back and British Summer Time ends, one brand that might be sad to see the season go is Uber Eats.

New Ipsos iris data shows August 2025 was a record month for the platform, with 11.2 million app users – up 48% year-on-year and the highest monthly audience ever for the app.

By comparison, Just Eat (7.9m) and Deliveroo (5.8m) saw steady audience numbers. Uber Eats reached two-thirds of the total food delivery audience, ahead of Just Eat (47%) and Deliveroo (35%).

Initiatives such as Uber One, linking Uber’s transport and delivery services, appear to be driving loyalty – with half of Uber Eats users in August not using another food delivery app. Still, that means loyalty remains split in this highly competitive market.
