The food delivery market is serving up some impressive growth! Over the past year the category has grown by 2.5 million monthly visitors across websites and apps.

Greggs has seen the largest percentage increase in audience year-on-year (+48%) followed by Uber Eats (+26%). However, McDonald’s (+18%) and Just Eat Takeaway.com (+15%) remain the two largest brands by reach in the fast food & delivery category.

The category performs particularly well with younger demographics, with users of Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo all skewing younger compared to the total internet population. Uber Eats has the youngest users of the three food delivery platforms with 55% of its users aged under 35, compared to 51% for Deliveroo and 44% for Just Ea
